Asset Finance

Asset Finance is a popular and highly dependable lending product to growing businesses. Our Asset Finance product encompasses a wide range of loans all related to physical assets – machinery, equipment, vehicles, and any other physical equipment a business needs to function. We can offer SMEs tailored lending in the formats below: –

  • LEASES – The method of acquiring physical assets without paying for them outright. When leasing an object, a business will make monthly payments, including interest, until the terms of the lease are up.
  • HIRE PURCHASE – Involves the same monthly payment structure as leases, but those monthly payments will add up to the full cost of the asset, meaning that the business will own the asset once the hire purchase term has ended.
  • ASSET REFINANCING – This is the method of using assets a business already has to obtain funding, where Saffron Asset Finance will advance cash to a business based on the value of the asset.

Each of these Asset Finance products is available from Saffron Asset Finance as SME lending options. Most of the loans can be personalised finance solutions to SMEs seeking funding and allows us to offer our SME clients the funding options that best suit their unique needs.

Invoice Finance

Invoice Finance is an attractive funding method for businesses that need cash flow based on existing invoices or orders. Invoice Finance with Saffron Invoice Finance offers SMEs a critical boost in cash-flow that helps pay employees, suppliers and other expenses while the client waits for its customers to pay their bills.

Businesses choose Invoice Finance for a variety of reasons, but there’s one thing they all have in common – they need working capital and they need it quickly. No matter what  situation or stage your business is in, accounts-receivable Invoice Financing is a dependable cash-flow solution for almost any SME business.

Having large amounts of cash tied up with debtors can substantially halt SME business growth. An Invoice Finance solution will help unlock up to 90% of the cash tied up in unpaid invoices.

The Saffron team is one of the most experienced group of Invoice Finance lending professionals in the market and will rapidly respond to your business cash needs. We can finance your business to improve cash-flow without waiting the full 30 days (or longer) of your invoice payment terms. We focus on delivering quick cash and exceptional customer service, while our clients focus on what you’re good at – running your business.

So email or call us immediately to receive a significant portion of the cash you are owed without waiting for your customers to pay, and get back to doing what you do best.

Bridging Finance

BRIDGING FINANCE (will link to SBF when live) The most recognisable purpose of a bridging loan is additional finance to buy a new property, whilst the sale of another property is still being completed. However, bridging finance is increasingly being used for alternative purposes, including: –

  • Buying a property at auction
  • Property refurbishment and development finance
  • A form of short-term capital for business use
  • Typically, no early repayment penalties
  • Single bullet repayment at maturity
  • Faster execution, a bridging loan we can complete within two weeks
  • No monthly interest payments, interest is typically rolled-up over term

Our bridge lending process allows for loans to fund quickly since our decision-making process is based primarily on the value of the property as collateral and loan security as well as the prospective exit strategy. There is less emphasis being placed on the borrower’s income, employment, assets, credit scores although these aspects will be assessed and evaluated alongside the property security.
